1. Soy sauce: 15ml
2. Apple cider vinegar: 5ml
3. sesame oil: 2ml
4. White stock of green onion
5. Two slices of ginger
6. A single clove of garlic


1. Cut white stock of green onion into finely julienne;

2. Chop a single clove of garlic;

3. Cut two slices of ginger into finely julienne;

4. Put them in one plate;

5. Pour 15ml soy sauce;

6. Pour 5ml apple cider vinegar;

7. Pour about 2ml sesame oil;

8. Mix all of them together;

9. Enjoy your dumplings and sauce.
